Brian Baas, PT

Brian earned his Physical Therapy degree from Fresno State University in 1992 and has been providing patient care, practice management, and clinical development since that time. Brian is the CFO and co-developer/co-owner of Western Physical Therapy, Inc., a growing organization of outpatient physical therapy practices, and is currently in an administrative and leadership role for Loomis Physical Therapy. He is involved in community outreaches, providing basketball coaching for area schools, and enjoys developing physical therapy programs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters playing basketball, golfing, wake surfing, and cycling.

Dave Topiwala, DPT

Dave Topiwala, DPT

Dave is originally from Toronto, Canada. He earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, Maine and a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. Dave's passion for physical therapy arises from a fascination with human movement and the opportunity to serve others while helping them return to participation in what matters to them most. He uses evidence-based practice utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education. Dave is an active member of APTA and plans on attending the Folsom Long Term Course in Orthopedic Manual Therapy this year to continue his education and sharpen his skills. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and traveling. He is excited to extend his services to Loomis Physical Therapy to help others on their road to recovery.

Marissa

Marissa, Front Desk Receptionist

Marissa is the primary contact when it comes to scheduling patient appointments. She is originally from Grass Valley and attended school at both Sierra College and California State University Long Beach where she received her Bachelor's in Art History with an emphasis in Islamic Art. Marissa has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and makes it her life mission to serve Him and share the love of God with others. She enjoys helping patients with any questions they may have and witnessing their improvement as they near the end of their physical therapy session. In her free time, Marissa likes to try new food with her husband, attend church, visit with family, and study the Bible.
